I don't leave very many reviews but Light in the Box really impressed me. I've never shopped with them before so I was skeptical, but they were awesome! Alena was very understanding and helped expedite my order so I could get my dresses before an important event. The dresses were made to order and the quality was great. One of the dresses was not what I expected. They accepted my return, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend and order from them again! Great Service!!!!

The app is ok the prices are ok however the shipping sucks! I ordered boots on Nov. 26, it's dec.12 it's still in transit to the next facility. Now it's gonna arrive later than anticipated. I placed a second order for Christmas shirts to wear for an event, not sure if they will arrive on time. The boots I ordered shows in the app for $28.99 but for some reason I was charged $65 for 1 pair of boots and shipping! Now the message says problem with my order, wasn't a problem with my payment though

Our warehouse holds a fairly high number of items in stock, but some items need to be sourced from our external suppliers.
These items will be marked with an extra processing time, indicated just below the add-to-cart button.
Most items can be shipped in a couple of days, unless they are in high demand.

Love shopping at LightinTheBox. The reasonable prices, usually quick check in & out, the fast delivery goes a long way. Sometimes items are way to big or too small but rarely. Otherwise I would give a five-star if it wasn't for the surety of an correct purchase everytime I don't guess you would get that from anyone, anymore. So I will continue to use this app.
