I don't usually write reviews, but Light in the Box exceeded my expectations. It was my first time shopping with them, and I was hesitant at first. However, their service was outstanding! Alena was incredibly helpful and ensured my order was expedited for a special event. The items were custom-made and of excellent quality. Even when one item wasn't quite what I expected, their customer service was top-notch and accepted my return without any hassle. I highly recommend them.

I don't leave very many reviews but Light in the Box really impressed me. I've never shopped with them before so I was skeptical, but they were awesome! Alena was very understanding and helped expedite my order so I could get my dresses before an important event. The dresses were made to order and the quality was great. One of the dresses was not what I expected. They accepted my return, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend and order from them again! Great Service!!!!

Love shopping at LightinTheBox. The reasonable prices, usually quick check in & out, the fast delivery goes a long way. Sometimes items are way to big or too small but rarely. Otherwise I would give a five-star if it wasn't for the surety of an correct purchase everytime I don't guess you would get that from anyone, anymore. So I will continue to use this app.
