FamilyMove is a platform that encourages the public to develop healthy living habits. It provides sports videos, healthy recipes and health information.

• Sports videos include parent-child stretching exercises (beginner and advanced), dancing (chacha and samba), rope skipping (levels 1 to 3), yoga (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and physical training (beginner, intermediate and advanced), demonstrated by professional coaches and/or young athletes. Each level has a warm-up, four 30-second short videos of individual exercises, and a three- to five-minute medley exercise. There is practical hiking information and routes for users' reference.

• Healthy recipes with ingredients, cooking methods, nutritional values and tips are grouped into breakfast/staple food, side dishes, and snacks/drinks, making it easy to choose the right recipe.

• Articles of a variety of health-related topics such as disease prevention and family doctor are available for reading.

• Self-assessment tests include physical and mental health, and lifestyle behaviors with the provision of positive psychology tools and resources.

• Users can view photos and videos of past health events.

• Chung Teen Station provide mental health tips suitable for young people.
