Ratings and reviews

Absolutely disastrous. I tried to open an account but the app just wouldn't allow me to upload a photo of my passport. I tried speaking with the Customer Service team, but the chat box kept having connectivity issues. With such poor cyber system, I guess I'll be taking my business to another online trading platform them.

It advertised for commission free for us stocks, but what it really does is to rename commission as "platform fee". Do you think we are stupid and fall into the false advertisement?

Actually p good, great for beginners, the only thing is that I wish the desktop platform have alternative languages.
