2) Subscriptions are automatically renewed and charged. To cancel a subscription, you need to perform the cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to the iTunes Store/App Store subscription settings to cancel your subscription. Once canceled, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
3) The auto-renewal takes place on the expiration date from 08:00 to 09:00. Please confirm the renewal fee.

Ratings and reviews

I have used several brokerage platforms in Singapore, and only uSMART has given me repeated problems with deposits and withdrawals. My transactions were delayed multiple times due to an alleged name mismatch, even though the bank account belongs to me and my name has never changed. I had to wait several days for manual reviews each time. This process is frustrating, inefficient, and causes unnecessary delays. uSMART should improve its verification process

Honestly, the deposit part is so bad if your name is too long. If you deposit via PayNow, the person would send you an email because they don't see your full name being displayed on their side like ??? And not only that, for me, I cannot even use eGIRO because the app keeps telling me deposit failure??? This app honestly is so bad, I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone at all. Do better uSMART, your deposit system is by far the worst I've used.

Once I registered my account manager contacted me to ask if I need any assistance. I like that the app is user-friendly, with a clean interface that makes managing my savings and trading straightforward. Overall, Usmart seems like a solid choice for maximizing savings with minimal effort.
