This app is essentially a glitch, every time you go to do anything on it you either get an error message or it'll blink black and you're right back at the beginning. I tried signing in again, hoping the app was fixed, but I kept getting the same message as before, invalid username and/or password, and I know I'm putting the correct information in. This app needs a complete overhaul if it's expected to help us patients.

The app needs work to fix a bug that you can't save the barcode. What is the purpose of entering the numbers and clicking generate? That is a waste of time because it doesn't let you save it. This is a Primary purpose for using the app and it fails miserably. Edit: so they finally fixed the bad code but everytime they update the app it wipes out all your login info. This makes it a very useless app if I have to look it up every time to login. Why bother! Not every programmer gets an A.

When I select "forgot username/password" to reset my login information, I get stuck with a message that the account already exists. I know that it exists. I'm trying to modify an existing account, not create a new one.
