I use the app a lot and love it. The exception is that practically every item with the 로켓배송 comes in it's own box. It's not bad when it's 1-2 items but if you are ordering a lot because you cant go out or are moving and need to restock, it's annoying. Also, a lot of scams with no repercussions to the scam vendors. Items with English names are always significantly more expensive than if you search for the same thing in Korean. Also, not very foreigner friendly. If you know a basic amount of Korean and are willing to put in the time to translate stuff, it's fine and navigable. But for more specific things, even with translating, no English makes things difficult.

again 11/8 (turned off the advertising notifications, but it asks again and again to turn them back on. Customer service is okay for some cases, but in other cases its not very good. if they made a mistake there is little they will do but have jtem returned. it doesn't matter if it happens multiple times with the same product.

system is similar to amazon, which is great. quite easy to operate and have english option that's handy for foreigner to use. however delivery is untracked so if you don't have concierge or safe place, you have to stay home all day to make sure to recieve the parcel. likewise for the return although arranging return is pretty easy.
