Ratings and reviews

Maybe it's just me, but this app is very prone to getting slow, freezing, and crashing. I'm running on a Pixel 7 Pro, so not a slouch by any means. I'd say probably 2-3 times I day I have to reset the app because it either becomes unusably slow to send images, or it crashes. I also notice that no matter what I try, if I modify some images (adding text, etc) they tend to send at an unacceptably low resolution that makes the edits almost illegible. what gives?

Constant issues with the premium features. It may make download speeds slightly higher, but upload speeds are still highly limited so it still takes forever to send a file. The sticker drawer constantly defaults back to the non-premium account view to where I only have 5 favorites instead of the 10 that premium supposed to show. Stickers, photos, and videos will refuse to load on occasion. Restarting the app doesn't fix any of the issues. Only time does.

Gave a 1 star prior due to lack of help from support. Somehow, the app started working but was not due to any help from support or doing anything different. Have no idea what caused the issue. App is thankfully working as intended now. The app is a nice alternative to other chatting apps, is easy to use, and is flexible chatting 1 on 1 and in groups.
