The recent update has made the app terrible, it no longer provides a live ETA, it underestimates how long it takes for the driver to arrive, and clicking anything in the app takes you away from an active trip. The old app was simpler, better, and more reliable. I don't know why they changed it.

I would not recommend booking a taxi with this app or company. I booked a journey days ahead, and paid in advance. The company accepted the booking and then completely ghosted me on the day: no taxi turned up, and when I called I was told that they didn't actually have a driver available, and didn't know if they would be able to find one. Ended up getting a more-competent taxi company. Wouldn't recommend.

usually reliable, but when there's traffic and my pre-booked taxi was 30m late, there was no notification, I had to call them and find out. missed my train. what's the point of an app with alleged tracking if you can't notify people when their pre-booked taxi is late???
