Ratings and reviews

It's really not that bad and I only had a couple problems w/playback. My main reason for switching is the poor usability. You can ONLY like songs by unlocking your phone and going to the app. That's a pretty big issue if I'm driving w/new music and want to add a song, and it's just annoying. I also don't enjoy the way it handles albums and songs, as they are separate in your library. You have to add things 1 at a time. Sound quality was great with good headphones, but lack of decent UI kills it.

I use this app all the time. Since the new update, I can't listen to my music without the music stopping on its own for no reason at all. It does this while my songs are playing, not even finishing the song. Then the apps stops working. To get it to work, I have to close the app and reopen it, but it still does the same thing after a few minutes.I wish they'd fix it and I have the samung flip5, So my phones not old for the app to mess up.

Lacks a lot of basic features. There is no way to delete a track that you are listening to from your playlist. You have to dig through your playlist to find it. Also, when you download your library of music, it doesn't link your playlists to your library. This means that you have to download your library and each playlist separately, which is a waste of space. There are some other issues with the app's outdated UI, but these two issues are huge deterrants in building a larger userbase.
