We love deezer in the family just issue that even though you pay £9.99 only 1 person at a time can use it. It should at least be 3 ppol. But i have to pay more money if i want e tra ppol to beable to enjoy the music. I dont have 6 ppol in my family so why should i pay for others. That is your biggest criticism about you.

This app really got better. The only problem I still have with app is that it consumes so much RAM memory When I open another app on top of Deezer, after current song get finished Deezer automatically close. Please fix that, I need Deezer to be more stable when I am using other apps. Thanks.

It was my favourite app for music!! I would listen to songs that *I LIKE* not the songs that randomly appear after the update!it would have been a 5 star app but now I can't even go out and listen so music without using up my Mobile Data... thx deezer 😑 (Highly not recommended)

Every time there is an update, something goes wrong. It will only allow me to hear some songs off a playlist, plays two songs then shuts off, if I get a text message, it shuts down is the latest one. Not sure it's worth the money any more. Now I've discovered you can't contact the company for help or complaints! Definitely looking elsewhere now

Whenever i am listening music it suddenly stops and i have to put the music again. Is there a problem with the app or it's just my phone? If there's a problem with the app, I really hope you fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Great app! Makes listening to and finding music a breeze. However, when I download playlists, it uses my phone memory and no matter how many times I try select external memory, the same problem comes up. How can I fix this?

Had issues with playback and loading songs, then I was logged out of my account and upon logging back in my information, music and subscription was gone. I am paying $10 a month for this, never using this again if they are going to steal my money

Worked great for the trial but as soon as I paid it keeps saying my network is too slow to play high quality. My download speed is currently 76.2 meg so I should have no trouble streaming. I doubt I'll continue to use deezer if this keeps happening. Not impressed at all!

I'm a little annoyed of the price u have to pay a month. Think I may have to go back to Spotify. Other wise it's good. Also recommend a friend. Thought he was getting 15 day free trial and didn't get it.

Overall good features free and paid. Quite heavy on storage even when not downloading. Stops playing after upgrading to Android 7 on P9 lite.

I've used (and loved!) this app for a few years now, but in the recent updates an error screen keeps appearing when i open my downloaded music, and it is increasingly becoming annoying. It has been there for a few of the previous updates now. Please fix it. Otherwide, it is the best music app i've found, very practical and with a nice interface.

Simplify and add dislike songs Hey guys. Pretty good app. Please simplify the track page. You've added so much unnecessary things like a lyrics button, audio and queue button and even a swipe function with the album covers. Keep it simple like the previous version. Way too cluttered. Also please introduce a dislike button. Some songs play during flow but they terrible!

I pay for the premium monthly and I absolutely love it, best music app.. Everything I've searched and downloaded is always there. My music doesn't stop and there is no problem that occurs. The only music app I would pay for xD

Deezer is a great service and has lots of music, even obscure/local/niche. Not the best user interface, but it works. If I could make one request: control playback of a device from another (a la Spotify)!

Since I updated it my playlist wouldn't play the way I wanted it to and if I want to play 1 song I just have to wish that it will come on in shuffle mode which I absolutely hate and if I type up a song and try to test it to see if I like it or to add it to my playlist it won't work . I will not be using Deezer until this problem is fixed . Also 10 euro a month is ridiculous price .

Brilliant App! I listen mostly to electronic music and Deezer has me covered. The App is easy to navigate, intuitive and great for playlists. Also a huge range of Podcasts. This is my go-to App for music streaming. Update Used to be able to see immediately on the screen when you added a song to a playlist whether it was added or whether it was already in the selected list. This feature no longer available. When it returns I will increase to 5 stars.

I'm paying for this and I have to press play after every sing... its ridiculous. Can't even use it because the whole point of music is make it play freely... going to cancel payment before the next payment is due.

Hello Alesha, Disable the energy saving function on your device and make sure Deezer can use full RAM and CPU performance. Also please make sure that Deezer is not blocked by a possible installed anti-virus software. Apps like 360 Security, CM Locker, Clean Master are known to block continious play. Kind regards

I think this app is really good! I don't even have to pay for it and I've passed my 7 week trile! I have seen this game get a lot of 1 stars but that's obviously their opinion and mine is different! I have recommended it to all my family and they all loved it and started recommending it to their friends! Truly amazing app! Use it nearly every day! Especially when I'm I'm the car and I'm going somewhere far! Wonderful app!

The app was great just after i paid but the day after that I logged in and it required me to subscribe again as if I didn't pay anything. This happened to me twice. I thought it was R59 per month not R59 per day, I'm so disappointed!!!!

Has lots of music and high quality. Lacks some features like alarm clock to start playing music, and stop playing music at the desired times. Would rate it a 5 star app if it had some of those features.

So idk if I can get some help here. As a postpaid user I'm constantly getting errors with this app. Error not loading song could not be retrieved. And I've done everything to get this stupid app to work. I uninstall memory card pull and it works for a few and then we are back to square one. It doesn't play unless it was a track that I had initially download for offline playing. I'm thinking of canceling the premium subscription cuz it makes no sense if the only place I can use this is on my laptop. Tech support is not even helpful when googled

It's ok but there is no Indian songs you can but on sometimes the songs doesn't come on in every app also when it's a break sometimes I mean sometimes the songs switches off that means it pauses every ten seconds

This app sucks you have to pay to listen I thought it was free but they want you to sign up and give them your credit card info what if I don't want the plus. You have to sign up for the plus to use avoid this app

Remember when deezer was good, when you could download music and listen to it for free, when there were ads but you atleast could choose the song you want to listen to from the album or skip the current song Well those days are over, now listening using deezer is a pain in the ass.

I loved my deezer but after this newest update, IT WON'T PLAY ANY MUSIC, it just keeps crashing I have restarted my phone twice which is a Samsung Galaxy s5 and before this last update it worked GREAT but now I can't even play music and lately some of my favorite artists and songs are disappearing or turning grey and won't play. THIS IS STARTING TO SUCK WHEN I PAY 6 BUCKS EACH MONTH FOR A MUSIC PLAYER TO PLAY MUSIC AND IT WON'T EVEN DO THAT

Long time user for at least 2 years. The app has been great from the start and they continue to make it better. For me it's better than Spotify, for sure.
