It's good, reliable, and easy to use. I love the accesibility of it and it just acting as a smoother version of your device. Although it is smooth and allows hundreds of games to be played a major reason I got this service was to play HoYoVerse and Kuro Games games which are all unaccesible due to anti-cheats, which I know isn't the services fault but also wish there was a way to use this service and also be able to play those games.

I don't write reviews, but this service has compelled me to do so. I've only had the service as of yet for around a day and a half, and I was already having issues where it was stuck "shutting down" and I could not login or even use the service for a period of time. When I first sent a message to support regarding that, they were fairly responsive but when I requested a refund things went very quiet in the email thread only to deny said request hours later. I've ended up disputing the charge.

Shadow itself is great, but I just have 2 complaints about it. 1. Playing on an Nvidia Shield, I've used Steam streaming. if you long press the start button, an overlay shows and turns the controller into a mouse. Shadow on the other hand relies on Steam to pick up the controller and apply a mouse config to it. Which doesn't always work. Can the controller act as a mouse on the app level? 2. Video is pretty smooth. Input is laggy and misses single presses often. Wired net and 50mbps. So why?
