Very poor and disappointing experience with Wego. Customer support is extremely dull, unresponsive, and careless. Even after multiple attempts through email and WhatsApp, no one bothered to assist or resolve the issue. Payment was made, yet the booking was cancelled without any proper guidance or communication. Highly unprofessional handling of customers—would not recommend at all.

Very poor customer service. No one responds at all .My friend booked a ticket through Wego, but due to ongoing conflicts, the flight was cancelled. Since then, he has been trying to contact customer service regarding his refund, but no one has replied. He has sent multiple emails and followed up many times, yet there has been no response and no refund. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest everyone think twice before booking tickets through them.

Very disappointing experience. My flight was cancelled, and it has been almost two months without receiving my refund. There is no clear commitment to refund timelines, and customer support has been extremely slow and unhelpful. Holding customers’ money for this long without resolution is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend using this app at all unless they significantly improve their customer service and refund process.
