Ratings and reviews

This app has seen so much improvement over the years. I suggested adding some extra features of fingerprints to access Alfursan logins. Sometimes it hangs a bit but not as before. I gave four stars because the app doesn't advertise holiday packages or trips on discounts. Also, there's no room for refund using the app. You still have to go to their website and do some inputs to recieve refund for tickets. This can be implemented in the app by adding the ability to take a picture of the ticket.

The app is much worse after the update, the UI is very minimal with a lot of essential information not showing. I can no longer view the +3/-3 option when searching for flights, my miles are not updating for over a week now. And there is no way to see the amount of miles gained when trying to book a flight.

New app seems fancy but is dysfunctional. The trips don't appear 9/10 times in My Trip section and when trying to add, the message comes that trip is already added! The default airport is not customizable and in KSA is Riyadh by default. The flexible date search option is gone. Tier miles don't show on the dashboard and even though I have over 20000 tier miles in 2023, it just shows zero. Flights flown are not credited with miles automatically and when try to give feedback, no option .
