The app is probably great. I wanted it for a dermatologist, however you're forced into subscribing to the $80/month, then on top of that there's another $200 fee specifically for dermatologist, with an $80 credit for the first use of the month. Pricing has deterred me away as the competition is looking way more affordable

This app has been a life saver more than once. it's often a week wait at least to get an appointment to see my regular doctor if the time-sensitive appointments are all gone. Maple is quick, efficient and the doctors are all really considerate and kind. Peace of mind and 24 hour doctors for $80.00 is well worth it in my mind!

This app is full of bugs. This level of glitch is a beta test. selecting to book an appointment rather than see a doctor asap, it displays time slots in Eastern standard Time not local. Very confusing to anyone not living in that time zone. the app automatically logs you out as soon as you toggle to another app and doesn't use Google sign in partners. The website version needs to be viewed in desktop to see menus. huge lag receiving emails telling you have messages vs seeing messages. more...
