***Update company did refund me for the no pickup. It took a while, but I did receive a refund. Thank you! Paid for a round trip pick up to the airport in Canada. The driver did not show up for our pickup and blocked my number when I tried calling to see where he was. Had to hire a taxi and pay double due to this. I notified customer support, and it's been a week since they are investigating my complaint. What is there to investigate? I paid for a round trip, and your driver didn't show up.

Be aware. The company is good at its pricing but they aren't very reliable. They sent a driver who was late by 20 mins going to the airport so add extra time when booking. In the car, the AC wasn't working in Mexico with 33 C degrees outside. The car broke midway, they had to sent another driver. Overall it would've been okay but the communication was very slow and incomplete.

Before to book a transfer, do to yourself a favor and check the reviews of the drivers on Google Play - get transfer driver. Just to avoid hard to imagine situations, like waiting for the driver forever. They don't pay their drivers and, as a result, will never show up to pick you up. Many drivers are qualifying this app as scam. Just check it! Now, you have been warned!!!
