Thee most glitchiest app ever!! Can't get thru anything recorded without it losing connection with the internet. And then, you have to exit the programming to restart it again. Only for it to glitch again.. you have to restart a program at least 3 times, if you're lucky! The worst. I regret it.

This app worked great for years now it's horrible. Constant error message saying "looks like we ran into trouble loading this content" every 3-4 minutes. This needs to be fixed. An auto reply on here telling everyone to seek help through Directv socials is a useless response. Between this and the current problems with the Disney contract, I'll be canceling service after 15 years. Total BS

If I could rate this 0 I would. This is the worst entertainment app availabile. I've had the same problem over and over with content playing briefly then stopping with the message that "something went wrong". The "something" is that the app is lousy technology and Direct TV should be embarrassed. Please don't post the pat reply that one should reach out to tech support via social media, instead of responding to the multitude of poor reviews you have received. I will be canceling lousy service.
