I beginning to really hate this app. I have NEVER had more issues just simply paying my rent then I have had with this app. WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO PAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD??? I either have to transfer funds to my credit card (which takes time) or use an e-check bank transfer (which takes time) all of these options put me at risk of reserving a late fee for my rent payment. I am so incredibly aggravated with this app. please add a Debt card option.

Since this is the only option you provide to pay rent, (you have to use a bank account, no credit/debit payment options) then you shouldn't be charging wire transfer fees, or processing fees of any kind for that matter. Since it takes DAYS for the transaction to go through, other bills that are on autopay may be processed during that period which, in turn, may cause the rental payment transaction to fail and you get charged a late & return payment fees, which is BS. Provide more payment options!

This app would be nice. However, if you schedule a payment, that payment does not actually get taken out of your account the day of. They will wait maybe a day or two and make you hold the money in your account until it charges it. No savings, no moving the money, anything. otherwise, they will charge at random some night in the future. Don't get this if you are in limited income. pay In person.
