Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip. Before making the payment, the hotel listing for The Colonial, Udaipur clearly showed that breakfast was included. However, after the payment was completed and the booking voucher was generated, it stated that breakfast is not included. This is misleading and unacceptable. Another issue is that the check-in and check-out timings were not clearly shown before booking. Such important information should be visible before customers make the payment.

This is an absolutely terrible platform. My ticket was cancelled in May 2026, and I have been calling them repeatedly ever since to get my refund. The call either doesn’t connect at all, and even when it does, they just ask me to wait another 48 hours. Their services are extremely poor, and their customer support is even worse. My overall experience with them has been absolutely terrible. I w

very worst experience. I booked a hotel room using makemytrip and I've mistakenly entered checkin date one day before. and within 5 mins of booking, I realised my mistake and contacted the hotel for updating the checkin. their behavior was rude and they didn't updated the checkin date by saying that we are not responsible. then i was trying to contact makemytrip customer care and the bot was picking the call and then it is not even understanding basic query. very bad customer support.
