Very disappointed with MakeMyTrip. I booked a flight and paid through Tabby, but MakeMyTrip canceled the booking, claiming they never received the payment. I was promised a refund within 2–3 days, yet it has been almost 2 weeks with no refund. The canceled booking has also disappeared from my account, making it impossible to track. Unacceptable service and poor customer support. Refund my money immediately.

I spent nearly an hour finalizing my booking. When I searched again, the initial fare was still showing, but it increased again just before payment for 3 month future journey. It felt misleading. Also, the convenience fee appeared only at the final step. Such charges should be displayed upfront before passengers spend time entering passenger details. Overall, the pricing process lacks transparency and is not customer-friendly.

I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip for ₹890 after a discount offer. Before check-in, the hotel told me they wanted to cancel the booking because the price was too low. They then asked me to pay an extra ₹200–₹300 directly to them. Even after negotiating, I was forced to pay more than my confirmed booking price just to keep the room. I also tried contacting MakeMyTrip for support, but I received no response from their side.
