Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

i had a really bad experience. i tried to book multiple times, it never worked. when i finally reached payment page, it brought me to an error page after validating the transaction with my bank. so now i dont know if i will be charged or not. this is not considering that the price suddenly increased at checkout compared to what was shown.

I had a horrible experience with MakeMyTrip during my recent stay in Jaipur. I booked 2 rooms at Hotel Grand Mapple Jaipur for 4 guests, the booking showed only 2 guests instead of 4. I immediately contacted MakeMyTrip customer service and requested them to add the remaining 2 guests to the booking. Instead of helping, they kept me on hold for more than 40–45 minutes. The call was disconnected without any resolution — and this happened twice.
