I wish I could give zero star to this useless company and her team. You may save some money by booking ticket through their portal and subsequently buying it wego travel agent portal but once the booking is done they offer no help, no assistance nothing at all. I faced tremendous amount of stress for check in, reserving seats etc. I simply couldn't do on the Airline app, forget Wego offering any assistance. This is the last time I am buying ticket through Wego. utterly useless.

The worst app ever the hotel price is low from the site and when i booked it the hotel management saying maybe there was a issue from their wego site we usually charge more they demanded me to pay 3k more if I want to stay in or else told me to cancel it by calling support. And when I tried calling customer support in the call it was saying wait for 24 mins after waiting for 24 mins when they connected I couldn't able to hear their voice their voice volume is very low. My side everything is good

This app is very bad. Please don't book through this app. They do not properly handle canceled flight tickets and offer no refunds. I booked a flight from , to Madurai, but the flight was canceled, and the app shows the trip as completed. I have applied for a refund, but it has been useless. The customer service is terrible; I have already called and emailed, but they still haven't canceled my flight ticket or issued a refund. onther one ticket same
