Ratings and reviews

Many errors logging in, signs you out for no reason, too slow, the App's looks and feels are totally outdated and it needs complete overhaul to make it faster and more user-friendly.

Many bugs even after the latest update. Update: more than 3 weeks ago and the app gives an error for the connection issue. the app won't launch on Android 15. :-(

This is one of the worst banking app UIs I have ever seen. Just look at the difference between the UAE ADIB app and look at this one. Absolutely TERRIBLE
