First of all I love this Bank I have had a few banks in my lifetime and this bank is by far the best! In my opinion of course!! The one thing I don't really like is you can see your balance at all times right but you have to go into your actual account to see like your transactions or whatever but sometimes it don't let you log in it just spins that little circle forever and you have to close the app and reopen the app just to get it to log in

Would put zero stars if i could. I accidentally overdrafted one single time, at which point i emailed the customer support asking if i had to do anything, they said no im fine, i can go up to 300 negative. They never mentioned its 30 bucks a pop for every transaction. I rack up 180 bucks of fees thanks to a stupid person in email support who assumed i knew about the fee system. After i paid off the 180, i asked if i could get some forgiveness for it being my first and only time. Not a chance.
