I have spent 15mins trying to pay a bill and it keeps kicking me out. Cannot relay on this app if you need to rush! 13 Oct 24: Thanks for your reply but I have no time to call ans check on this. You should look into this. Some of the days indeed very good, that's why Im still keeping this app. And today still the same, it kepts auto restart. I checked here and the app is updated. I installed and reinstalled the axs app a few times on the new iphone 16pro max (ios 18.0.1). But the app cannot works. The moment I tap on the app, within 1sec or less, it auto exit the app and back to my phone screen. But when I tried on Android phone, it works fine. Pl look into it.

Tried paying for a bill and selected the OCBC online payment, for it to auto-redirect straight to my OCBC app. Which then caused it to blacklist my phone due to security reasons, now I can't access my OCBC app at all on this phone. What am I suppose to do if I wanted to access my bank app again? Buy a new phone? Seriously, there was no warning at all.
