I like the new layout of app - works well and easy to navigate.
App does not pull name, address, email address or payment information from what Cigna has on file period was particularly stupid is that when you go to your profile comma you can see the information. But when placing orders, it's too stupid to go pull that information. That's just plain lazy development.
Ok app for checking on medical info but has too many invasive permissions needed to run. Cigna has no need to access my photos, calendar, contact list or anything else on my phone. Why is access needed on external storage? Get a clue Cigna, we don't need the app when we can use the Internet site instead. We don't need you selling our info to support your app!
Terrible, clunky interface. Do you need to put in your birthday? Here's a calendar that you have to tap backwards through until you get to the correct year. Want to refine your search for a provider? Every filter scrolls down, so good luck getting back to actually looking at your results. Other than the fact that navigating through the app on your phone is a pain, i was at least able to get into it and get the info I needed eventually. Just go to the website. You'll probably be less frustrated.
I like this app most of the time but have two nitpicks: in Claims, would be nice to see what I owe up front instead of clicking thorough. Second, would be nice to be able to print an actual EOB from the app. Can you work on that please?
