Trying to login and create a password is super obnoxious. Gives you the requirements for a good password and when you give them a password that meets those requirements, it won't let you submit it and proceed if it doesn't think it's strong enough, but won't tell you how to make it stronger. Just won't let you use it. Tried a dozen different passwords before realizing that adding a space to one and making it two words would satisfy it. And then, even then, "Can't process request right now" SMH

A pain to start using. I go to register and it says you have an account already, we forwarded it to an email you haven't used in 12 years. So I wait on hold over an hour and they delete the prior account and I can make a new one. But it won't take any password I enter. I meet the requirements but it says it is too weak and the error message itself is cut off. "The password you entered isn't strong enough to continue. Tr...". So far they have been a pain to deal with.

Difficult to navigate and crashes constantly. In order to located how much you have left on your deductible, it takes too many steps. just have it on the home page. when you go to search for a provider it hard crashes out of the app. the solutions to fix the crashes listed online eventually advise you to just all customer several. What is the point of the app if I can't use it for something as basic as finding a doctor.
