*Update: Sent email as requested, it's now over one month later, still getting same message. Emailing is worthless, like their app. Unable to use app, keep getting message "Info doesn't match". I can log into the website, not sure what doesn't match. I've installed app few times, I don't think problem is on my end, from other reviews. I sent email, hope to get resolution soon.

Switched to a new phone and app didn't work. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, etc. Nothing worked and I still kept getting the error message that my information didn't match. However, EVERYTHING worked when I logged into Cigna via my PC! After looking online to see if it was just me, I see that this app is continuously problematic with others.

This app is terrible! Lags, crashes, doesn't have all features available. I just want to search for a doctor and it can't even do that. This needs to be fixed badly! Now it says my credentials don't match, so I go to the website and reset my password again just for it to say the same thing. I tried to uninstall/ reinstall and it's still not working.
