Takes too long to just get the lesson started. Please add a skip button. Edit: Watching a video counts as a lesson? If, for some reason, you exit the app while it's playing. It will start again from the beginning, and you can't skip it or start from where you left off.

I downloaded this app on my children's devices after the oldest had requested to give it a try There was an offer for a 30day trial, so I figured we'd give it a shot&cancel before the end of the trial if they didnt like it They used&enjoyed it for 2-3 days, but lost interest. The app hadn't been opened by either of them for over 14days. So from 1 of their devices, I canceled-then uninstalled from both. However, I was still charged on day 30. Google Play&the developer refused t refund despite b

My kid loves the app, but we're stuck. She's trying to do level 4 first grade math and the numbers won't fill in when she presses the number button. We're just about done with our free trial and won't be subscribing if we can't get it to work in the next 2 days. Update. Support told me to have her use it in a web browser instead. Sorry, not giving my 5yo browser access on her tablet.
