Ratings and reviews

As with all things Ait India, this app is terrible. It will not even open. I just dow unloaded and installed. When I start the app, it takes me to a page where the ONLY option is to "Update to the latest version", which takes me back to Google Play, where the only option is to Open the App, because it's already updated to the latest version, because i JUST downloaded it! So i press Open, and am then taken back to the app, where the only option is to Update!!! Infinite loop. Air India - FAIL!

How was the app even allowed to release without the option to login into flying returns account? The new look seems promising, but rushed. Can be improved even more. The home tab at the moment is useless, what's even the point of it. Can easily add so much valuable information right on the home tab. Looks more like a work in progress, internal alpha release. Definitely expected more from a TATA brand.

Loved using the app for my holiday with family. Found the mytrip feature very useful as i was able to get all our boarding passes added on my phone and saved flashing the paper passes each time. The baggage status available on the app helped a lot, and so did the flight status page. i didn't try booking a ticket through the app. The app semed to be quite fast as well. Good job Air India!
