Ratings and reviews

I am having a lot of trouble with Amazon dropping Metadata on photos when uploading them, so the pictures don't have date taken data attached. This makes it extremely frustrating to find photos and see them associated with other pictures from the same date & time period. I've spoken to customer service & they don't have a fix for it. I've done research and without paying for additional apps to download to and then upload from, I have yet to find an easy fix. I'm not impressed!

I love all Amazon stuff 😍. I'm a Prime member, I subscribe to the unlimited music with them. So of course when I saw the photo app there was NO question. I don't take a lot of pictures, but this groups and organizes them nicely for me. Almost every time I take or go through photos I play with some of the extras and options they offer. So I am still learning, but I'm very happy so far! Thanks Amazon! You are my world 😅

I have a love/hate relationship with this app. I love looking at my photos, but having the storage set at a certain amount with no way to increase it is frustrating. I recently ordered some photos from this site to decrease my storage, and increase availability. They turned out terrible. Every photo except one was defective, with the image unable to fit on the photos. One gentleman even had the top of his head cut off. Unacceptable!
