when you tap the directional pad even once ever so slightly it will keep scrolling very fast through the other options either horizontally or vertically. eventually stopping nowhere near where you want. it's as if you held the button down instead of tapped it guiding it in the direction you wanted. and then if you try to get back to where you were at it does the same thing. I would say 70% of the time this happens the other 30% it actually works as an intended

We had misplaced the remote that came with the Firestick, so my wife & I were trying to figure out a way to watch TV. Our daughter told us about this app and I immediately installed it on my Google Pixel 6. It was very easy to connect to the Firestick and worked very well. I wish, though, it also had TV controls (on/off and volume up/down) like the physical remote.

I used to have an older version on my older phone that worked just fine. I installed the newest version for my new phone. All connected well and then we play catch-up. Every press would take a second or two to register. Then it kept disconnecting. Then it would stop then disconnect and repeat. Then it couldn't stay connected. I took out the power out of the stick and it restarted,but after all that I had enough and didn't care to try again watching what I wanted. Also now doesn't connect at all
