Arcashift is a sleep app that cares about the rest of your life, too. Using a digital twin of your sleep and circadian rhythms, we tell you when to get and avoid light, eat, and stop caffeine to help you reach your goals—whether it’s waking up earlier, recovering from a late night, or handling your work hours.

The app works by first pulling in data from your Health app and other sensors (steps, heart rate, sleep, and phone accelerometer/motion data). Then it simulates a clone of your sleep system on your phone to design a plan that’s personalized for you.
