My previous review mentioned that the Audio Pro app was just as bad as Sonos. Being as useless as your main competitor is not much of a benchmark. Audio Pro have now won the race the app is even worse than a year ago. Every time a speaker is unplugged I have to alter the WiFi signal to put the speakers back on the wifi network. I just wish I could give it no stars.

Utterly frustrating to simply connect to WiFi, the most basic of requirements. Spent hours the first time, now have a new router and going through it all again, 2 sessions of 20 minutes so far and going round and round in circles! Give it one more and it's going in the loft. Great speakers, great sound but your app is atrocious, probably the worst I've ever used! How can you not rectify this with all the negative reviews is beyond me. Shocking, detrimental to your brand.

In case it helps anyone else, I had more luck with the Audiocast app. I've actually managed to use that to configure the speaker to listen to Spotify over WiFi for 30 mins now, which is a relief because I don't find the Bluetooth connectivity particularly good. Others still can't access the speaker purely with Spotify connect. Tech support have been as useful as a chocolate teapot. It beggars belief AP have messed up their app so bad.
