With how often the dock fails to recognize the return, the app should have a form to fill out required info. Instead you send a text or email outside the app and hope you had the right stuff until they get back to you in an hour and say your picture is missing something, like I'm just going to stand around the dock and wait for them to get back to me.

This app is NOT WORKING AT ALL. I walked one mile to get to the bike racks that are near me, and tried to unlock the bike using the app but it would not work. I contacted customer support who responded via text (although it was slow for them to respond) and after trying again with them looking on their end, they said that I would have to uninstall the app and then reinstall. WHATTTT??? In the meantime when they unlocked a bike for me on their end, i heard click but could not get bike out.

The service and the bikes are fine, but, if you didn't use the app for about a week, then it takes forever to reach its servere next time you run it... Sometimes it's 10-15 minutes of fruitless attempts, and me starring at the black screen, before a map shows up... clearing the cache and restarting the app do little to fix this... 🤷🏻
