it's one of the most annoying apps I have ever used .I have to uninstall and re-install it each time I want to use it .and boj pay is not working at all

I'm seriously considering switching to another bank because of how unreliable your app is. It crashes constantly, and I often have to relaunch it several times just to reach the login page. It also fails to configure fingerprint login or even set a PIN code—there’s always some error showing up

Your user name won't let you enter it on caps unless you keep toggling caps back, half the dates are invalid, requesting a cheque doesn't work, efawateer doesn't work, cliq's phone number or name lookup doesn't work randomly, setting up quick pin or fingerprint don't work. I.e. basically the only thing that works on this application is checking your balance. Good work team.
