Seems like a scam! Says can't connect to my bank due to a temporary issue at their end and will be back up in no time, a few days later still says the same thing and I can't use the app... However they have since taken a payment from my account for something!!! Leaving me short for my son's birthday!!! So they are connected to my bank!!! Absolute joke... I want my money back and nothing to do with this at all!!!

So here's an honest opinion. Absolute load of rubbish. Saved card for payments never works, have to provide manually which I know when they tell me I am late paying ( only late because they can't do their jobs right ). App is useless, no longer works, can't see how much data used until they send a message telling me how much I used. Customer service is none existent. Can't talk to a person and emails are generic and pointless. Signal is either just about working or none at all. Avoid!!

charged my card to verify without providing the rest of product also you go on the app to try cancel and there isn't away you click contact support it automatically fills your name and email and mobile number then put your reason click submit and it says name email and number needed so you click each section as something when auto fill can disrupt but it doesn't let you type. yo me this is away of taking monthly subscription designed to take without letting you cancel, poor don't use this
