Ratings and reviews

Been using this bank since 2023, good interest rate on current account, however, it's getting slower and slower for every action, the latest update asks me to login with password with no login button, have to reopen the app, press enter few times to be able to login. This is too much and I'm moving to another bank.

From 5 stars to 1 I don't know what's happened to this company but it's gone downhill massively. The app is now slow, the chatbot support is terrible and takes you in loops. The worst part is there just isn't any customer support anymore. you literally can't get help when you have any sort of problem. I've had to rage quit them because they just didn't provide any help.

The account itself and features are fine, but please improve the performance of the app. It's very slow to load and laggy (even on the latest version and with stable internet), which is concerning especially when trying to make and approve transactions. edit: dropped it down a star after seeing many others complaining about the same thing for a long time and it clearly wasn't addressed.
