not very reliable it's not a bad bank but when you need help or something sorted they tend to forget about you. you have to wait days or even weeks to have a reply this if you lucky enough to get a reply or really need to pursue you just went through a fraud experience and had no support whatsoever and still waiting for them to say anything to me it's nearly a week now. was going to use this bank as a main back for my wages and payments but changing my mind as I have no help sorting things out.

The account itself and features are fine, but please improve the performance of the app. It's very slow to load and laggy (even on the latest version and with stable internet), which is concerning especially when trying to make and approve transactions. edit: dropped it down a star after seeing many others complaining about the same thing for a long time and it clearly wasn't addressed.

Really easy to use, from opening the account to transferring money... until you have a problem. No in-app chat, no phone number to call, just 'email, we hope to be back in 2-3 days'.
