Been using this bank since 2023, good interest rate on current account, however, it's getting slower and slower for every action, the latest update asks me to login with password with no login button, have to reopen the app, press enter few times to be able to login. This is too much and I'm moving to another bank.

I initially found the app easy to use, and used it as a secondary account when needed. However, I sold an item on a marketplace and the buyer transferred the money to my Kroo account. Kroo however decided to withhold the payment for further checks and then ultimately returned the money back to the buyer, so I lost the item I had sold and the money that I should've been paid. I have never had this experience with any other bank. closed my account after this happened. I felt very let down by Kroo

I cant use the app without reinstalling every single time and this has been happening for days. not good if you need to access bank fast or approve transactions. not reliable at all this has been the problem lately please sort this out.
