Ratings and reviews

The app just doesn't work anymore. It usually refuses to log in and is just incredibly slow and clunky. At first I thought it was my phone (a Pixel 10 so hardly antiquated), but it runs exceedingly poorly on my iPad too. A shame because the banking itself is pretty efficient. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache, clearing storage – nothing works.

Decent app, nice and smooth. Easy to set up. Good interest rate. A few things letting them down though at the moment. No option to search transactions. No option to save references for transfers. Until these basics get implemented it's hard to recommend using as a main account. Also transfers sometimes take a few hours. Update July '26 App is no longer nice and smooth it's become ridiculously slow to the point of being unusable. Though you can now search transactions which is a good addition

Thee performance of this app has deteriorated on Android. I had this app on iOS and it was great, but on my Pixel10P it is dreadful, it's so stuttery and laggy. Every couple of weeks it forgets that I use biometrics to login and prompts my password. When in the app I get constant popups saying that the app has frozen and I need to wait or close it. PLEASE Kroo, it's getting to the point where I will move my money to another bank - either fix the stuttery lag or let me bank on web browser
