Ho riscaricato questa app dopo degli anni, prima ancora di chiamare avevo €0,60 ma appena ho tentato di effettuare la chiamata mi è arrivata la notifica dove diceva che mi avevate addebitato €10. Il problema più grosso è che mi ritrovo con un credito di €0,60 nonostante la ricarica a sorpresa. In attesa di una vostra risposta alla mia email ho tentato di usare i €0, 60 rimasti ed è come se gli avessi buttati via data la qualità della chiamate ( pessime ). Voglio il rimborso!

Sto provando a ricaricare ma non funziona, dalla carta mi è stato addebitato ma niente credito. Sto aspettando che mi rispondono alla mail inviata al servizio cliente.

Ho ricaricato e ho chiamato, dopo 2 minuti non si sentiva più niente e ora non partono le chiamate. Ultimamente fa sempre così. Se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei volentieri
