The old app keeps redirecting me to the new app for bsnl fiber management. But this new app does not allow me to pay fiber bills (throws error), upgrade plans (no option), also it let me add someone else's account to the list of my accounts without any confirmation when I changed a digit by mistake. I was able to see all their details and there was also option to modify them.

Very worst recharge options. I stored three bsnl numbers in this app. When i initiate the recharge, It is automatically switches to default saved number and recharged exitisting plan in live. This is happnd me two three times. Very very worst and cheating style of behaviour. Also most of the time debit money from account and not happened sucessful transaction, they return money only when we complaint.

The most stupid app you will ever use. It seems like it has been developed by someone with a mental disability. To do anything you have to register and create a profile but since you have already created a profile with your phone number you can't create it again but you can not also login if you have already registered because there is no option. They have stopped sending your bill on email and you can't use their stupid app to track usage or pay bill, it's ridiculous.
