Simple, secure, and mobile: with the free pushTAN app, you remain flexible – without the need for an additional device and therefore ideal for mobile banking via phone, tablet, and computer.
IT'S THAT EASY
• Every payment order can be approved in the BW pushTAN app.
• Open the BW pushTAN app and log in.
• Carefully check that the data matches your payment order.
• Approve your payment order – simply swipe the "Approval" button.

• Suitable for online banking on a computer or with banking software.
• Special security thanks to password protection and support for facial recognition and fingerprints.
• Can be used for all business transactions requiring approval: transfers, standing orders, direct debits, and much more. m.
SECURITY
• Data transfer between your phone or tablet and BW Bank is encrypted and secure.
• Your individual app password, the optional biometric security prompt, and the autolock function protect against third-party access.
ACTIVATION
You only need two things for pushTAN: your BW online banking and the BW pushTAN app on your phone or tablet.
• Register your online accounts with BW Bank for the pushTAN process.
• You will receive all further information and your registration letter by mail.
• Install the BW pushTAN app on your phone or tablet.
• Activate BW pushTAN using the data from the registration letter.
NOTES
• If your phone or tablet is rooted, BW pushTAN will not work on it. We cannot guarantee the high security standards required for mobile banking on compromised devices.
• You can download BW pushTAN free of charge, but using it may incur charges. Your BW Bank knows whether and to what extent these fees will be passed on to you.
• Please do not deny any of the requested authorizations to BW pushTAN, as these are necessary for the smooth operation of the app.
