Initially the app said it was having "syncing errors" and only showed one of my two booked appointments. I wasn't able to submit my questionnaire despite having it entirely filled out. Now, I haven't been able to access it at all. Enter my pin, and nothing happens. Haven't been able to access it for close to 3 weeks. Kinda seems pointless right now.

On a basic level it's useless because it crashes, locks you out, won't load etc regularly so it is incredibly unreliable for something that is supposed to be relied upon for pregnancy appointments. I have lost count of how many times it's failed to load at critical points for me such as checking an appointment time or even worse when we were waiting for very important results! Now even the back button doesn't work anymore so you have to exit app to reload for other screens.

It has always been a bit clunky but it works. However this week the app view now gets cut off on the top and bottom, so you can't access the menu or back buttons on certain screens. I emailed their support email address and got a return saying the email doesn't exist - so that's just great. Please sort this out because it is almost unusable at the moment.
