I'm writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my experience at the bank. Over the past five months, I've encountered persistent issues with two critical services. Firstly, the bank's ATMs and branches consistently lack sufficient coins for withdrawal, which is a fundamental expectation for any banking institution. Secondly, the online service through the bank's app has been plagued by technical issues, rendering it unreliable and unusable for an unacceptable period of time

The app is quite basic, just shows your account amount and transactions. you can't make spei movements or anything else and the app sometimes crashes.
