It's like someone stuck a sheet of paper to their phone and called it material design. Proof that not even material components can save a horrible UX.
There are sometimes no direct numbers that connet to the department you are trying to reach when you're in the middle of the app. It tells you that this line is for customers only type of message. Overall, it's ok as an app. But, another improvement it needs is real-time information on the app compared to the regular desktop site. Because one time, i was using the app while on the phone, and yet the information (and i was given wrong information by one of the reps who was clearly a rookie and then a rep who just didn't know the information to begin with) was not right and caused me to lose money that I was told was in my account but was not and the bank made every effort to make me sound like didn't know what i was talking about. And refused to give me the contact information for someone i as a customer requested to speak too!
The main reason I'm with BofA is the web and mobile app features. The ease at which I can maintain my accounts is invaluable. The app is nearly flawless and it's so feature packed that I haven't visited a branch in years. Please keep it up!
This app have come a long way and is now one of the best app in playstore.
Please please please get rid of the voice telling me to Center the check. Please! No voice! It's usually talks AFTER the picture is taken. Thanks!
