They actually have people who read and respond to feedback! I had a problem and a real person called me to help me fix it. Now if the app could revert back to the old bill pay that would be awesome! The app use to be good. Now I don't get notifications anymore about low balances. The bank charges too many fees. Looking into moving my checking account somewhere that doesn't charge fees especially when you have money in other accounts with the same bank.

It's only getting 3 stars because the app updates have only made money transfer/BOA credit card bill pay worse. It was so much more intuitive before. It gave you drop-down options with your statement balance, current total balance (including the most recent transactions), and other amounts. Now, you have to enter everything in order from the top, or it will clear everything you've already entered. You have to manually enter your amounts instead of having drop-down options. It's incredibly clunky

I used to love this app. It used to be quick to use and self-explanatory. But as you add features, it is becoming less navigable. This is understandable, I know. But is it necessary? For example, the way to get into just plain old ordinary Bill Pay--arguably one of the most commonly used features-- has become buried under additional layers. Would it be feasible for you maybe just split the icons apart so they are all visible, reducing the extra steps you created?
