• Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details.
• Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully.
Bank Australia does not verify or confirm that the details you provided are correct, or that the account name and number or PayID match.
If the details are incorrect you could be paying the wrong account and you may not be able to get your money back.

Ratings and reviews

Easy to use and find the information I've needed. I love that all my accounts are on the one statement that begins the 1st of each month. Customer service has been easy to contact and extremely helpful with useful advice. I have old accounts with BOQ (their website has to be the worst I've experienced) and CBA but Bank Australia's website and app is easily the best. The only improvement I could suggest is being able to change the transfer limit more easily for larger one off payments.

Mostly ok Big issue is that the search, menu and exit buttons when looking at accounts are too far up the screen and when trying to press them often results in either nothing happening or opening the top drag down menu. Secondly is when using the main screen side menu that when you go back on a Google pixel it closes the entire side menu, not just goes back one step. Would be nice if you received notifications in the app for account deposits. The commbank app is able to do this.

The app itself isn't too bad but the service has started to nickle and dime in a way the "customer owned bank" promised they wouldn't. Now that the international transaction fees are out of control I'm looking for a new bank.
