Since Dec 2023, it continues to stop working. At one point it was a known issue with Android phones. They temporarily fixed the problem. It's very frustrating that it will work for a week or two and then stop again. This has been going on for 3 months now. Please fix this. Update 4/16/2023: App still does not work for androids. It always that they are find nothing to fix this known issue. Additionally, you can't log in to the website via the web at least 1x/week. This is ridiculous!

It was working great. I turned around went to login and my account would be locked. I called customer service for them to unlock would work for couple days then it was locked again saying password was incorrect. I would try to reset password and it would say wrong email. now when I try to login put everything in it spins a few times then the app goes off. Thinking of changing banks for both my accounts

App crashes for no apparent reason. I've checked for an update for the app and my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app without any luck. Update....11/28/23 and the app still isn't working on Android 13. Support seems unhelpful. The app works fine on my iPhone, however we as customers shouldn't have to be forced to use only one device to access our accounts on the go.
