This app absolutely sucks and is useless! Good luck with actually being able to look at your bank account. Because 3 out of 4 times you can't log in due to it freezing. 😒 I mean, this is a bank app. I should be able to check my balance when I want. Over the last 2 days, I've tried to log in 4 different times, and not once was I able to!!! And this has happened at least on 4 to 5 separate occasions!! Do better Bank OZK! Because of this, I'm closing my account, no threats - just facts.

This app is missing a lot of features that I would prefer to have. I use a digital wallet most of the time, so I don't always have the physical card with me. You have to download a second app to view and control your cards, and then you have to manually add your cards to the app itself. The fast balance option never works properly. The apps for this bank are just overall annoying to use.

Majority of the time I can't even get past the log in page. I enter in all my credentials (they work on the website log in) and all I get is a spinning loading wheel that never goes away. I have tried waiting 5-10 minutes to let it load, I have closed out the app and tried again, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked to fix the problem. I used to never have this issue until they did major updates to the app.
