This app is literally useless. You can't connect to any support chat when you click on the support link. There's not even a phone number to call. I tried using the atm/ branch locator. You put in info and - nothing happens. Worse banking app I've ever used. All my other banks way better in functionality and responsiveness. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

does anyone at BOC know how to do proper programming ？ the app sucks, couldn't log in when i am outside of China. China is not listed in the Countries / Region. As a programmer myself , i would fire the whole IT team.

Can't use for the model Huawei P30PRo. Please fix. Thank you
