Not only is the subscription fee ridiculous and I would hardly consider affordable but now I can't even log into my account! I have tried resetting my password and it won't let me. it keeps claiming I have used the password before even though I know for a 150% fact I have never used that password before so now I am basically permanently locked out of my account because the password reset system is very flawed!

Buyer Beware! I have paid their monthly fee for years. Why I don't know! Most of the information they provide is inaccurate. I have never located the people I had wanted to reconnect with. My biological father. My best friend from childhood thru college I had lost touch with. None of information provided in email addresses or phone #'s were other people with similar names. I cancelled my subscription and closed my account.

I recently renewed my subscription, and the app says it is still expired, even though it says active for 1 month in my subscription on Google. Apparently, the issue was with the Google payment end. i received a refund emediatly. The app was great when I used it. Maybe i will try using it online only without the app.
