The application has been having verification issues lately which are causing delays in the verification process but rest assured that their team is working around the clock to fix those issues asap and especially a gentleman by the name of Kayed, whom has redefined excellence in customer service ! what an amazing job he has done support me with my case. Technical issues will also happen but companies need to be ready to address them and Kayed did that and more ! Thank you!

I am having account on BitOasis since 2017. My account is now in restricted mode (no trading - no deposit withdrawals) because they need my KYC documents to be verified which I have uploaded before sept 15 and still today on Oct 11, the documents have not been reviewed. After sending multiple emails, there is no response. My funds are stuck. I want to withdraw all my money and close the account as soon as possible.

They seem to be coming up with excuses to block user funds and portfolios. Their ask repetitive questions and don't even really seem to know what they are asking for. Every time you follow Up they find more things to ask to make it seem they are the ones waiting for a response from you.
