The app shows a different conversion rate without logging into the app however, once logged in the conversion rate changes from the initial displayed conversion rate(ex: If AED 1 = 24.70 INR prior login , after login the conversion rate changes to 24.20 INR) . Earlier there were more features to the app which was very useful, now it has been removed one such feature used to be one can see the rates for today,tomorrow and dayafter

Very disappointed with Joyalukkas Exchange. Every time I send money, it gets delayed while other exchanges credit within minutes. This time I transferred AED 2700 on 31 Oct 2025, and even after more than 24 hours the amount is still not received. The app shows “Processed” but nothing in my UBL account. Customer support is slow and unhelpful. Joyalukkas really needs to improve its transfer speed and communication.

last 1 year I'm using same app for sending money salalah to india that time service charge only 1.500 but today I'm just open app for sending money that time service charge showing 2 OMR I'm already contact salalah branch through whatsapp they not give any replay's so I'm deleted mobile app sorry very bad experience
