Paid subscription, error when attempting to login, contacted customer support and the only thing they could tell me was that I needed to connect to my home router.... for this app to work on my Android device. I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription and will look for a new brand of router to buy. Customer of 25 years walking out the door ✌️ update: added one star back. The customer support was the primary reason for the low review, the tool itself is great but service needs training.

From the trial to the paid subscription, which was a deal as well, I am very impressed. It stops the madness coming in. Also, was there an update? Looks like the Different options are now at the top of the page instead of just side scrolling. And I think you guys finally fixed the app anomoly tab. it used to shut off on its own and I'd have to manually flip it back on. 3 days straight it's stayed on. so thank you to for that. Paid for this and still get the expired notification. I have called multiple time and they just keep saying it's not their problem. This subscription is just theft and nothing more. Still haven't got a refund either. Customer service worse than Comcast and that is saying a lot. update: Been a couple years now and I got a new router, still using armor and had to get help because they tie you subscription to the device and give you no way to update what device is using the subscription.
