Alright, I'm customer for about a month now, I'm gonna be the most honest and straight guy with everything about the bank and app. 1. I would like to not have problems with the card, work only with a few shop's and taking cash is forbidden :(.. Also the card, I suggest that the IBAN could be a little bigger on card, it's hard to read.. also the CVC can be in the app.. 2. The app needs more details, like the time when I pay, and the option to accept or refuse a direct debit if I want.

I can no longer access my account. A few weeks ago it was working, but as of yesterday when I login there is a message "Invalid recaptcha token". This has coincided with an email saying "Nuri is closing down due to insolvency". So I cannot access my funds anymore and no way to contact Nuri support? This is terrible! --- Update: I can now access my account.

Terrible experience!! It all started well: I opened an account, transferred money on it, received a card and started using it. But after 1.5 month their support team started asking me strange questions, and then just locked my account for no apparent reason, with no explanation. Just sent me a notification letter headed "Heads up! Account locked". They locked my account with my money on it! Exactly the same happened to my spouse, so you can't say it's a technical issue! Highly do not recommend!
