Absolutely horrible. App is very slow, buggy, never counts the points won and to add to that, I never got my birthday exclusive vouchers from Marks and Spencer and wishes which used to make my day. VERY DISAPPOINTED

pathetic app. A year ago or so, it was working fine, but some update came and it turned things upside down. i have tried to sign in for hundred times, but no luck. I have sent email and reminders, but no answer majid al futtain group has to take the things seriously especially when it comes on customer service.
